** Drove 14% increase in revenue, and expanded profit by 61%, with a 13% margin
enhancement in less than two years.

** Orchestrated construction of 30,000 sq. ft. commercial and electric testing lab and
led transfer of existing 5,000 sq. ft. facility, tripling electrical safety testing
capabilities; new Oregon facility grew 19% in top-line revenues and 64% in bottom-line
profit from 2010 to 2011.

** Steered design and deployment of a production efficiency tool for analyzing production
and evaluating present/future capacities that was resultantly implemented across 14
facilities.
