The early photographer gets the bird. This will be an early morning walk to view whatever is migrating through during the upcoming week. This is a lake environment and the spring migration brings new species every day.
These images here were shot within the last couple of days (L to R we have Snowy Egret, Ring-Necked Duck and Swainson's Hawk). We'll encounter numerous species of ducks, herons, cormorants, red-winged blackbirds and some warblers. Also, there are numerous nature landscape possibilities.
Bring walking shoes (might be some mud), tripods, monopods, short to long telephoto lenses (300mm & longer), binoculars are nice to have along too. We'll spend time in two different areas and then have a late breakfast or early lunch.
