Stony Creek MetroPark Inwood Trails Hike (NE of Rochester)

BE ADVISED THAT THE WEATHER CHANNEL IS CALLING FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF TORNADOES THIS AFTERNOON SO PLEASE LOOK THERE AT THE HOURLY FORECAST (WWW.WEATHER.COM) TO MAKE A DECISION THAT IS COMFORTABLE FOR YOU.
Hike about 5 miles on these mostly-level, mostly-open trails at a moderate pace. Highlights include a pond overlook, possible beaver & massasauga sightings, & a kettle (!). Meet: noon in Sterling Heights: Metro Pkway (16 Mile) & Van Dyke (south east
corner) on the west edge of Meijer’s parking lot, directly east of the Sonic

This Meetup is a project of the local Sierra Club (SEMG); at each activity, participants are asked to sign a liability waiver and pay a $1 fee.
