This will be a moderate 5-mile hike – observing the resident deer and waterfowl as we explore the forested nature trails in the shade of the woods. Our hike will take us out of the forests and around Wildwing Lake to spot ducks and herons on our way back. Bring binoculars, water, and call if weather is? Restaurant stop after.
Meet: Noon in Southfield at Tel-12 Mall, S.E. corner of Telegraph and 12 Mile Rd. Park facing Telegraph, S. of the Marathon station. Inge,[masked]-0906.
Do you like being outdoors and active? Give us a try. We are outside four seasons of the year with lots of hiking, some canoeing, camping and x-c skiing.
