I love walking, hiking, and picnicking, but I'm into boating, canoeing, skiing, etc.
A "paradigm shift" in my life requires that I jump-start my social life and meet new people with similar interests.
I do[masked]-minute treadmill workouts each week, at 4.0 mph speed. I'm also trying to do more errands on foot or on bicycle, rather than automobile.
