I love being outdoors walking, running or biking. I haven't cross country skied in years, but downhill ski.
As my kids have become independent, I have more time for myself and want to stay in shape!
My kids keep me active! I work out 3 days a week. I used to run 30+ miles a week, though not looking for that level of activity again, just opportunities to stay active with others who enjoy staying fit and experiencing the outdoors
