Read the book but not going to make it.
I hate to drop out so late, but I can't make it tonight. Enjoy the conversation!
I was hoping to get off the wait list a little earlier. I read the book and loved it, but at this point I don't have enough time to arrange a ride into the city. I'm sorry to miss what will assuredly be an interesting discussion. Sigrid
I hate to miss this book, as I love Vonnegut, but I have to go out of town for work. So that is one spot open for the wait list . Enjoy!

Hello! This will be my first time attending this book club. Where in Elephant and Castle do you normally meet? I'm looking forward to it :)

Just ask at the front desk. We do not get the same space every time.
How do the books get chosen
0 · September 15, 2013
We nominate a few books at the Meetup for the next month and then set up a poll to choose the winner. Everyone can vote in the poll.
Most wonder book I have read this year is 'someone knows my name' by Lawrence Hill. Highly recommend

You vote using the Poll, which is under the More option, under the Meetup name.
Do we vote for the book here? I'll vote for Slaughterhouse 5.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
