Does anyone want to go a little later? It's supposed to be beautiful out by 1:00....

1pm sounds good to me.
I'm fine with that or I'll ride twice
I'll be riding twice. See whoever at 10am and 1pm!

I think I can go if we start at 1. How long do you guys usually ride?
Hi Mike, we plan on doing both the yellow and blue trails. I don't remember how long both take but I'm guessing around an hour and a halfish....
Ok, so I made another event starting at 1:00 for anyone that cannot ride at 10:00 or that wants to wait for warmer weather lol.
I cant go at 1.
Better not hydrate to much tonight but it worked last week
Sure we might have to but I'm in for slop and dry I'm in to but I'll be thirsty after all that????
im with Lisa after 10 its supost to clear and warm up a little
I can go at 1!
OMG 7 on a 10 scale! Recon complete! The few soft spots are noticeable ahead of time. Set of downed trees on blue @ 8 mi. 2 down on yellow first 2 mi and be ready for first before climb along river. 1 more I couldn't duck after so that's about it. It can handle some rain and still be very rideable. Only wish I brought some beer and we all rode it tonight.
Is the trailhead obvious? Or is there a landmark nearby that I should look for?
Head into the park, pass the ticket booth, turn right, then it's a while down and on the right. Look for the sign. I think you will pass a couple of other areas before you get to it
Even if it's raining and the trail is unrideable, I will be there ready to ride on the paved path, road and maybe even around Kensington.
I'll be there too
Rain Rain Go away!! Come a gain later in the day or tomorrow.
I'm still in
Heard not a total wash out whatever time is a coin toss

Sounds like rain Friday morning. Hope not.
I was going to check tomorrow after work. Unfortunately the Tues snow will last in the woods. I always do Blue/Yellow but some just Blue whatever the group you're hanging with does. Meet back at the lot for pops is the goal for most.
it was 90% clear the other day just very wet on the trail in the woods i went through parts of the blue trail
Will we do both blue/yellow loops?
I hope so. It depends on the conditions.
Mike Taylor will be doing some recon on Thursday after work, just in case.

I'll bring the new bike this time! Mechanical skills not necessary, but being your eyelashes just in case! ; )

What about my eyelashes? LOL hahaha
I started this group to share my new-found love of mountain biking.
We welcome anyone to join, especially those that share our love of drinking and having a good time as well as our passion for mountain biking.
We normally meet every Saturday at one of the east trails and on Sundays on the west side and Wednesdays on both sides.
NEW for the 2015 season, I will host Tuesday east-side and Thursday west-side rides to give our members even more opportunities to get out and ride.
With an open group, I expect to get people of varying skill levels. All our rides are "no-drop", no one is left behind or waiting on the trails.
However, we offer "Endurance/Training rides", in which we will ride one loop hard and fast without stopping, if we can. These will usually be scheduled before our weekend rides.
After each ride, we can hang out at the park or head to a local bar for food and drinks.
We can also meet at races, rides or any gathering that has to do with cycling of any kind.
The primary focus of this group is mountain biking. However, from time to time, I will offer up different activities, such as scuba diving. And, off-season, we mainly ski and snowboard.
Lastly, as with most other biking groups, we are responsible and will not ride trails that are in a bad condition, i.e. soft or muddy. Also, we clear and clean-up the trails when we can.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
