This is a group for anyone interested in learning about various health and wellness topics. We'll cover general wellness topics as well as focused topics to address your needs and curiosities. Examples: women's health, issues/concerns for parents of young athletes, senior safety, injury prevention for weekend warriors, general tips and tricks for fitness-minded individuals, conditioning for competitors --- just to name a few. All sessions will be delivered by experts: doctors, certified athletic trainers, yoga instructors, nutritionists, etc. Think of this group as a continuing education forum for wellness-minded individuals of all ages.
