Speed Problem Solving

Hi there.  For this MeetUp we're going to try something new for our group - rather than featuring one guest speaker - instead everyone attending will be the featured guest!

I'd like to introduce a concept that I'm calling "Speed Problem Solving" to everyone and I created a very simple 2.5 minute video explaining the idea.

It should be a very fun and extremely informative evening for everyone attending!

The video is pretty straight ahead  but in case anyone prefers to view it as a Power Point here is a link from Google Drive with the presentation.

Also - if anyone would like to run their "business problem" by me before hand I'm happy to take a look BUT I will only limit my initial feedback to "how can we present your problem in the most meaningful way for this format" and I'll leave the expert feedback for the actual session.

The idea is a little out of the box, but if it works out we can adopt this format on a semi-regular (twice a year...) basis or maybe we can even invite the general public (business owners and stakeholder) in for an opportunity to interact with our members.  And who knows... maybe this idea will even take on a life of its own.

Just a reminder - there is Wifi available at the Microsoft Store so feel free to bring in your digital devices if it will aide in presenting your specific business problem...

Once again thank you to everyone at the Microsoft Store in the Natick Mall for the amazing support!

Hope to see you all there.

Thanks everyone for this incredible opportunity to help and be helped in our paths towards growing our businesses. I learned quite a lot as I posed what I need help with. Hopefully, when it came my turns to advise and help, what I offered was usable, doable, clearly addressed the issues raised, pertinent and valuable.

What a great and worthwhile experience participating in this unique networking even was as we became eachother's "board of Directors in a sense, used our unique experiences and offered our real world derived ideas for managing our area that we each wanted help in. Thanks all for the incredible insights we got from each other tonight. Regards, Neil Licht

Thanks to everyone who came out last night - what a fun night! And a special thanks to all my problem solvers - everyone gave such amazing and helpful feedback to my problem.

I thought it was so neat to see everyone so engaged as both listeners and "solutioners" (is that even a word!). We'll do this format again at some point in the future.
