Here's your chance to be a friendly, patriotic atheist. Walk in the Arlington Independence Day Parade! We'll provide flags.

  • Order a limited-edition parade t-shirt at cafepress.com/tiimb
  • The parade starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2010.
  • Meet no later than 7:30 a.m. at the staging area on Douglas Russell Road.
  • For parking details, see the Participant section on arlington4th.org
  • A few basic rules: no hand-outs; no give-aways; no children under eight may walk; no cars.
  • We need a firm headcount. RSVP
  • Questions? Ask Laura. [masked]

After party at J.Gilligan's Bar and Grill immediately following the parade!

Big monkeys of fun. Big big kudos to Laura Cox for organizing and printing the banner. I think this one's definitely going on the critter's obligatory "how I spent my summer vacation" report.
