Update on Chuck's memorial plans: Hi Everyone,
We are planning to ride to the celebration of life so if you are planning to ride with us to Ashland Fish and Game please meet us in the MBTA parking lot in Norfolk located behind the Dunkins at 134 Main Street, Norfolk. KSU will be 11:30am (firm on the time).
I did have a few MWMR flags made that can be zip tied to your bikes (first come first serve and we'll bring the zips too).
Let's show our admiration for such a great friend to all and his family.
Please keep watching here as if there is a rain chance that day that is over 30% we may have updates.
Good afternoon MWMRs,
I sent out an email on Friday evening through Meet up but for some reason I didn't receive it, so I'm assuming it never actually went through.
Chuck Corman, the founder of MWMR, has passed away after several years of battling health issues. I will include the original email that I had sent out at the end of this message.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Ashland Fish and Game On April 27th from 12 to 5pm. We hope that you'll meet there to celebrate his life with many other motorcyclists and share your fond memories of Chuck.
If the weather is cooperative I'll likely post a meet up spot for anyone who wants to ride there as a group and show our support to the family.
There is no way to accurately predict how many people are planning to be in attendance, but if you could RSVP your interest here , it would be helpful for the planning of the event. I will forward a ballpark number of people from this group to his family so that they may have at least a rudimentary number of metro-westers. We're all aware that he touched so many people's lives regardless of their affiliation with MWMR, he truly was such an amazing person who would give you the shirt off your back if you needed it. He will be so deeply missed.
As this gets closer, I will post updates as pertinent to planning.

Prior email: Good evening MWMRs,
I have very sad news to report to all. The founder of this great group, Chuck, has passed away after battling health issues for quite a while now.
All who knew Chuck, you knew his light. If you even just met him, you knew how special he was. He could light up a room with his smile, tell the corniest jokes, drive that Goldwing defying the speed of sound, and was just the light of our group, several other groups, and the majority of the motorcycle community all over this country and Canada.
Feel your feelings, let it out, this one will hurt. While you're there, also reflect upon all the fun, laughter, and cherished moments and memories.
I will update our group as soon as I know what arrangements will be following.
Most importantly, thoughts and prayers for the Corman family at this trying time.
With Love and Light to you all,
Hilary & Joe
