Introduction

My name is Wendy Patton and i have been a real estate investor in Michigan since 1985. I specialize in little or no money down investing techniques. I love anything to do with creative seller financing.

How long have you been investing in real estate?

25 years+

Why do you like the idea of real estate investing?

I love the freedom it provides me and my family. I don't have to work for anyone else, and I can spend time with my family anytime i choose.

What goals do you have for investing in MIchigan?

I know many investors got burned in Michigan with the decline in property values. I did also, but we can learn from this and grow. Now is the time to invest in Michigan. The deals now are better then when I started in 1985 (by far).

Are you a member of other real estate investor groups? If so which ones?

Yes I am and have been for over 20 years to a few. I am the past president of Dollars, which does not meet any longer, but did meet the same night of the month as this group.

What are the main topics you would like covered in the next 12 months?

Anything creative that will help me as a more advanced investor to achieve more (oh yes we do have something set up for this as well)
