The Japanese Reiki Practice Circle is a monthly event designed to provide an open, comfortable, and healing environment for practicing the traditional Japanese system of Reiki.
Each session covers a variety of practices corresponding to the traditional Japanese system of Reiki practice. We usually begin with meditations, techniques, and Reiju (empowerment/attunement) followed by more advanced sound practices, symbol practices, Waka poetry, and other little-known developmental practices. Each session aims to support healing, deepen understanding, and provide an opportunity to embody Reiki in everyday life.
All Reiki students, practitioners, and professionals are invited to practice, learn, and grow in a fun and communal environment. Please understand, while this circle is open to all Reiki practitioners, it is not a class; if a particular practice is unfamiliar, we may not have time to provide an exhaustive explanation right away. However, it is a wonderful opportunity to jump right in and learn potentially new concepts though experience.
Practice circles take place on the third Saturday of each month (subject to change) from 2pm-4pm. If you appreciate the circle and would like to support us, a $10-$20 donation is recommended to help us grow and keep going.
