How did you discover Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group (MAHG)?

What are you looking for out of this group? (walks, transition from walking to hiking, easy, moderate, or strenuous hikes, ultra hiking, or trail maintenance work?) Please state all that applies to help us plan activities to meet your needs...

moderate to strenuous hiking, but I'm laid back and enjoy relaxed easy going hiking for the most part.

Hi, my name is Matt and I am new to the DC metro area from North Carolina. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, and making new friends. Looking forward to going on some hikes with this group.

Hey Matt, good to hear from you. Actually next weekend we're going to the Triad Stage for the Appalachian Nativity thing. If you can't make that, we're meeting at Natty Greene's for dinner beforehand, and you can just come to that. After Christmas we're going to do a Bible study on Wednesday evenings for the month of January. We'll also have an Epiphany party in January. I think Theology on Tap is going to start in Feb. or March. Hopefully dodgeball will work out in the spring, too.

Oh, I've been here for about a year and a half. I moved from the Asheville area, so not too far. How about you? How long have you been here? I loved Asheville (always will-it is so beautiful there), but I really like Greensboro too. I go to St. Pius, do you have a church yet? You should come to some of our get togethers, we have them quite often, I don't make them all, but go when I can. We always have a good time :).
