What is the WWE? What kind of tough guy were you? What we practice is not like any Tai Chi you can imagine. It is direct from NE China. "This ain't no Airy Fairy Tai Chi," Since we are training to get to an advanced stage of "No-mind", concentration is not something we focus on in our practice. This Tai Chi is about deep relaxation, grounding, and is the most violent MA of which I know. James
