I'm excited to offer our member a special tour of the Bushnell Theater. Built in 1930 by the same architects as Radio City Music Hall 2 years later, there is a lot to photograph from the Art Deco interiors, Dale Chilhuly Sculpture, the backstage area itself as well as other interesting surprises for many of us.
I've arranged for a tour group that will point out the special features and history of the two theaters (Belding Theater that opened in 2001) that will allow us time to photograph the details and different perspectives since we will be allowed in areas that the general public never gets to see.
NOTE: Please plan to arrive about 10 or 15 minutes early because the tour guides will start at 12 Noon because there is an event going on at 1 and we will have a chance to photograph the Chilhuly chandelier before it gets crowded.
There will be parking across the street at the State Office Building
