Mid-Cities Running Club Pages

We are a very inclusive year-round running group. Our members might run 5Ks, 10Ks, Half-Marathons, Marathons or Ultra-Marathons throughout the year, but more than anything, we just like to run outside with other people. Our schedule is consistent from week to week, but our locations vary. We run roads and trails, sidewalks and tracks, flats and hills, long and short distances. Some run fast, some slower, some run/walk, and some powerwalk. All paces welcome!

We are small and growing and would love new members to grow with us. There is no cost. Our motto: "Run Strong, Run Happy."
