What is your current pace?

PR for a half is 1:57. (once, on a nice cool day, on a very flat course, with no wind ,when I was feeling unusually energetic.) Usually aim for 9:15-9:30/mile for a race. Training pace varies greatly based on the type of run planned for that day (i.e. long/slow, speed work, hills, etc.)

What is the farthest you have run?

20 miles. Haven't done a full marathon at this point and a Half Marathon is my preferred distance for an organized race.

Started running about 4 years ago just to stay in shape. (meaning I refuse to quit eating good food and didn't want to keep buying larger pants)
