The first Italian dinner was a big success, so I thought I'd do another, and this time I even have some homemade guanciale and pancetta. The menu is a little up in the air as is the price since I want to see what looks good, but expect at least two dishes of cured pork goodness. Here's what I'm thinking right now though:
Something using homemade pancetta
Bucatini all'Amatriciana (with homemade guanciale)
Panna Cotta with Berries and Balsamic
Another dish or two, depending on what looks good
You'll also want to bring containers for leftovers, and I'll save a spot for a new member who hasn't been to one of my dinners before.
