Incu-BaKe/Between the Buns & More Open House/Grand Re-Opening

Go Green! Yup, the game will be smack-dab in the middle of the open house! We do have basic cable here and the game is on CBS, so we plan to have the game on~!

PLUS! If you would like to stop by early and pick up your game day snacks, Marcy will be here by noon--stop on in!

OR! If you'd like to stop by today to stock up on pretzels, chips and more . . . we are here today until at least 5 pm working--we'll honor all sale prices today (and EVERYTHING is marked down) and will be happy to help you!

Incu-BaKe is a shared-use commercial kitchen, sometimes called an “incubator kitchen.” The 2,000+ square foot kitchen is outfitted with commercial cooking equipment, stainless steel work tables, and convenient storage.  We are also home to Between the Buns & More: A Condiment Store.

On March 30th we will host a grand re-opening for Between the Buns & More! This open house to showcase the retail space, the kitchen and several of the clients that use the kitchen to produce tasty morsels.  The open house will include a tour of the kitchen, samples of the food that is created and stories from the clients about how they decided to get into the food business.

Things to taste:

golumbki gal: Polish stuffed cabbage rolls in both traditional and vegetarian

Olympus Salsa: delicious fresh salsa that is lower in sodium

45th Parallel Polish Pickling Company: wildly creative pickles and sauces

The Twisted Pretzel--yummy gourmet chocolate covered pretzel creations

Swallowtail Farm: farm to jar syrups and preserves, plus farm-fresh eggs and hoophouse greens;

Glory Bee Sweet Treats: sweet mini-loaves of bread, fudge, cookies, and more! 

Join us for the open house and see where local food is being made and hear the stories of Michigan foodies making their food dreams come true. The store will be open, and we'll have lots of sales happening, too! It will be a great time to stock up on delicious Michigan made products.

Please be sure to RSVP so we can be sure to have plenty of samples! You can come and go anytime between 1:00  and 5pm.  Carpooling is encouraged. See you there!!

    More confirmations of yummy samples that will be available during the open house! Swallowtail Farm, which recently won a national Good Food award for their wonderful farm-to-jar rhubarb syrup will join us. In addition, Diane from Glory Bee Sweet Treats will satisfy your sweet tooth with her delicious cookies, granola bars, and breads. More to come!

    We added another Incu-BaKe client to our list of sampling tables today! The 45th Parallel Polish Pickling Company will join us on the 30th to sample some of his amazing creations--he is by far my most innovative and creative clients, and every concoction is flavorFULL! Yummy pickles, hot sauces, and more--today he even made a delicious olive spread!
