We have enough parking for 6 cars in our driveway and a little gravel area off to the side. Others can park on the street, just please park beyond our house in front of the vacant lot.

Sample different yogurt cheeses made from whole, raw milk. Learn about making yogurt cheese of different flavors, different consistencies and with different flavorings added.
We'll sample cheeses made with a tart, "Bulgarian" culture, and made with a milder, "creamy" culture. We'll taste and see how much variety you can get just by changing to a different cloth for draining.
Choose from different herb combinations or from fruit oils to make up your own special batch. Savory and sweet, tart and creamy, and some to take home. Come join us for a delectable afternoon of tasting and experimenting.
