Barbecue, the right way
Details
It's summer, which means it's the time for breaking out the offset smoker and making some proper low and slow bbq and having the whole area smell of wood smoke and roasted meat. We'll have dry rubbed ribs and pork shoulder as well as marinated beef, all smoked slowly over charcoal and hardwood. There will also be sides, including at least cornbread, greens, mac and cheese, and dessert (I'm debating between a cobbler and pecan sticky bread).

I'm scheduling this for the 12th, but I may postpone it to the 13th or reschedule it if it looks like rain since I don't want my grill sitting out in the rain. There will also be plenty of food, so bring containers for leftovers.
