Yay I am excited to be back at the cupcake run after two weeks of not being able to come! I will be doing 6 so getting there at 6:30 for 1. Then I will loop back at 6:40 (Thanks Bob for the early start route..that is a good idea!). I have to do 2 miles in the middle at 8 min pace just FYI.

This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time...
We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15...
