Easy short or as long as you want run this Saturday morning. I will make a 6mile route. And can include a shorter route as well.

Going to bed at two am. I cannot get up early to run but plan to play tennis with Mark's group at 10:30.
the route, its been run before. Grand River to left on HagadornRight on Burcham,Right onto East Hidden Lake Dr.Left onto Sapphire Lane (circle around until you come out onto Hidden lake dr, back to Burchamleft onto burchamleft onto Park Lakeright onto grand river back to Red cedar cafe

I am gonna have to run and dash. My chauffeur services are required to yet another beer festival at 10:30. :(
I have 10. Will do some miles before or/and after.
I'm saying yes, but I'll have Brynn, so if the weather is too sketchy I'm going to pass. I'll try to update if I can't make it.

Any 5 k ever ill try to start with that 6 miles will kill me lol.
Well if i can just stomp walk then maybe maybe go to gym help me get better .
This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time...
We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15...
