I'll be at the Expo around 2:30pm on May 3rd for the Pump and Run. On Sunday I'll be running the full and be heading straight back to Michigan after finishing.

This is really in the future, but if anyone is interested we should try and plan some time to go through Eden Park not during the race. As I remember it, it was gorgeous (maybe one of the most gorgeous parks I have ever seen, overselling?), and I would hate for people to only see it when they are racing. We could also look into a butterfly show if anyone was interested (Kristen)? Here is the current calendar for the park:http://www.cincinnatiparks.com/index.php/full-calender#year=2014&month=5&day=1&view=month

This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time...
We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15...
Cya on the trails!!!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
