I assume you are running from home...
1 · June 9, 2014
Yep yep. Longest run ever starts weekly for me now. :)
2 · June 10, 2014
I have 15 but will only be doing the middle 5 with the group. I am taking my dad canoeing for Father's Day on Saturday in the morning. So, I am gonna run from the apt to Red Cedar, run with the group, and run back.

This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time...
We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15...
Cya on the trails!!!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
