I'm addicted to breaking my own PR's. I was a sprinter in college and I started distance running because I missed competing. I've ran 6 halfs and 1 full.
This club is a great way to make new friends in the area and get fit at the same time...
We run at least twice a week every week...we've become a pretty large club with our Wednesday run bringing in 20 to 30 runners and our weekend run between 5 and 15...
