Saturday Morning Run @ Seal Point Park on 3/2

OK... So my note last week said it was the official start of our training but the fact is THIS week is technically the first week of training on the schedule for the SF Half Marathon. The schedule calls for four miles but most of us are doing more than that. Links to the schedule can be found below.
