Making Sounds at Higher Grounds

Hello All,
We now have yet another opportunity to experience life through sweet sweet percussion! We have a new gracious host at Higher Grounds in East Hampton. It is a small town coffee shop best described as "A unique, tasty place to meet up with friends and take-in the arts. Great for all ages."
Right off the bat, this place struck me as a VERY COMFORTABLE place to hold such an event, and I am really looking forward to do so.
So join us, sip some java and get a beat goin!
I will be there Early if anyone just wants to chill, talk, or drum :)

    HI guys,
I don't know if we are meeting this week but I have to work in New London until 7:45 so won't be able to make it this week. Feel like I am having withdrawal symptoms though.

Nice evening even if just three of us. I feel like I am beginning to maybe even have the glimmering of a sense of rhythm somewhere in there! Carla, thanks for offering to send me the info on the books with the songs in them. [masked] is email address

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
