RULES & REGULATIONS
1- Aside from your agreement to terms and services provided by meetup.com, all organizers and event hosts are not responsible for any damages and/or injuries obtained during any groups sanctioned events. By attending a group sanctioned event (whether at a private or public venue) you are agreeing to the above terms.
2- By attending a group sanctioned event, you agree and release the rights to have photographs taken of yourself and your child(ren) and possibly posted in group photo albums online through meetup.com or on our Facebook group page (both of which are private for members only). Photos will not be used for publication or for sale of any kind. By attending a group sanctioned event, you are agreeing to the above terms, unless prearranged with an organizer or event host.
3- to ensure the safety of group members and children, all new members are required to attend 1 (one) event in a public venue before attending any in-home playdates. This can be a park playdate, meet/greet event, Moms Night Out, etc.
4- all members are REQUIRED to have a profile photo that clearly shows their face so that others can recognize you when attending an event. You do not have to use photos of your child(ren).
5- any member that is a NO SHOW for 3 (three) or more events will be REMOVED from the group. If you are unable to attend a playdate or any other group sanctioned event, please make sure to update your RSVP and/or contact event host and/or post a comment in the event comments section PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT. This is to ensure that the event host isn't looking" or "waiting" for a NO SHOW. Members notifying event host that they are unable to attend well after the start of event will be marked as a NO SHOW.
6- to ensure the safety of all group members and children, please do not bring a sick child to any playdates and/or group events. If your child(ren) was feeling ill the night before, a morning playdate may not be the best place for them in case they are contagious. This is a scenario that has happened in the past so therefore needs to be addressed, sorry.
7- all members need to attend a group sanctioned playdate/event a minimum of 1 (one) event every 3 (three) months. Failure to do so will result in removal from the group. This is to ensure that all members of the group are active participants.
8- all members that do not visit the group page for 3 (three) or more months will be removed from the group for inactivity. Member can rejoin once their available/schedule has changed.
9- this list of rules and regulations will be updated regularly and is a work in progress. All group members will be notified as additions/changes are made to this list of rules and regulations.
