Looking for a gaming club in the Midlands? We are a group of people who currently meet to play board games/card games, and some RPG.

We play a wide range of games from party games such as pictionary, card/dice games eg Bohnanza, through to euro-style board games eg Agricola, Carcassonne, Shadows over Camelot, Power Grid, Puerto Rico etc.

We also have a D&D group which has just started and a number of members who are interested in RPGs. We also hope to set up a Blood Bowl league when we have enough interested members.

If you don't know those names (and a lot of people don't) but you're interested in games then http://www.boardgamegeek.com is the place to go to find out more.

So if you're a keen gamer or just someone who used to play boardgames like Monopoly and Cluedo and is unaware of the huge amounts of games out there nowadays (like I was a few years ago), then you'd be very welcome to join us.

We aren't overly competitive (well mostly :) and we don't mind explaining rules!

Our core meet is at the Spon Gate (Wetherspoons), on the raised level at the back, just off Spon Street in Coventry city centre on a Monday at 7.30pm, but we also now  have regular events happening in other towns.

If you have any games you want to play then please feel free to bring them along and we'll happily give them a bash :)

Please feel free to ask any of the organisers any questions you might have and we look forward to seeing some of you across a board sometime soon - Game On!
