This group is for the people who work and/or live in Midtown Manhattan and would like a nice relaxing, rejuvenating lunch break. We will offer a light yoga set and meditations specifically designed to alleviate stress, focus your mind and help clarify your thoughts. You can choose to participate or just relax on your own, bring your lunch, and have delicious yogi tea. Whether you come for 10 minutes or spend an hour we will make sure that you leave more relaxed than when you came in. Meditations that we will practice come from Kundalini Yoga and each one has a different purpose. For example there is a specific meditation for raising energy level (no more coffee), clear communication (important meeting coming up?), self esteem, digestive problems, focus, and so on but all of them will lower your cortisol level and clear you mind. Make a time in your day for yourself and join us! In our fast paced lifestyle clear mind is your best asset.
