Snowshoe Snoqualmie Pass

I will lead an easy/moderate snowshoe trip at Snoqualmie Pass every Thursday in January, weather permitting.

Less than 5mi, with less than 1,000 feet elevation gain.  Don't expect much level terrain.  Snowshoes with traction devices (e.g., toe claws) are highly recommended.  Bring poles!

These trips are good for beginners, but please be in decent shape.  Please note if you have a SnowPark Permit when you RSVP.

The destination will probably be Source Lake above Alpental. I was up there Tuesday and it was fantastic. 4mi RT with maybe 500' elevation gain.

Sorry it looks like you are going to have a bunch of girlies with you haha! Looking forward to getting the snow shoes on again - if I can find them!! If I can't locate them I will have to drop out. Will let you know this weekend. I don't have a permit so will need to ride with someone who does this time. Here's hoping for good weather:)

Too many "girlies" is my curse leading this group.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
