How much do you love shooting fashion/glamour models?

I have always wanted to shoot Fashion/Glamour, but found models to be a little hard to count on. In the past year I have been doing some workshops with David Birdsong.

What is your level of experience in photography (Beginner, Intermediate, Advance)?

I guess, since I have been shooting since 1966 (wow 46 years) I would appear silly if I didn't say advanced.

What types of photography do you currently shoot?

I have been shooting mostly Fine Art stuff and have shown in a few gallery's, but recently I have been doing some Fashion/Glamour.

What would you like to gain from this group?

I would like to find and create my own style, and gain some confidence shooting models.

Introduction

Hello, I'm a fine art photographer who is trying to become a model photographer. I recently retired from Ford. I got my basic training in the Marine Corp on a 4x5 Speed Graphic.

What Hal K. is saying about this Meetup Group

A great time was had, you could hear people asking as they left "how soon will you have another one?". The models were all very beautiful, and they knew how to hit poses, which makes shooting easier. They also were willing to go out of the way to try things and were very helpful suggesting things and would change outfits as often as you wanted. Steve also spent time with every attendee. I plan on being at the next meetup!!!! Kudos to Steve Ragland.
