This Meetup Group is for any dues-paying members of Sisters on the Fly, but especially for our local members (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio & Wisconsin) as a means to generate and facilitate new ideas for having fun in the great outdoors.
Again, we are only open to dues-paying members of Sisters on the Fly and their invited guests! We also encourage potential sisters (Sisters on the "Try") to take a look and try us out. You can be an invited guest for one event and then you'll need to make a decision to become a member. To find out more please go to www.sistersonthefly.com
With more and more sisters finding us, more and more suggestions should be popping up on the site. We're hoping for ideas for day trips, overnights, fly fishing, campouts, grand adventures and simple pleasures which would complement, not compete, with all the wonderful official National Sisters' events posted on the main SOTF web site Adventures and Cowgirl Caravans. Some group outings will be small others will have more than 100 women camping in Vintage trailers, tents and cabins enjoying the great outdoors.
While we all cherish our connections to our official Sisters on the Fly organization, understand that the meetups posted here are private events. Anyone participating must understand that any outdoor adventure may involve risk and the chance of injury, and that the official Sisters on the Fly organization or Meetup is in no way responsible if this type of situation occurs. SOTF waivers are signed before participation.
Sisters on the Fly has yearly dues of $60, (link on this site) in order to stay active, remember to pay your dues.
If you are a new "Sister" once your SOTF dues are received, you will be notified of your sister number with a welcome patch... see registration page, and don't let another day pass.... as We have More fun than Anyone! www.sistersonthefly.com
So come on everybody, hitch up your wagon, or tent, or climb in the back of your SUV and let's go enjoy ourselves right here in our own back yard ! Please, when signing up, include your picture, your home town and state, and your sister number and a little about you! Also, PLEASE use full names, as it's difficult to figure out who you are with a first name or nickname only.
“The Rules of the club are no men, no kids and no dogs, and BE NICE”
There are occasional trips which include men, kids and dogs, but this is a way for women to be with women and remember themselves as GIRLS.
New members must be approved by the Organizer

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
