As we continue to find what works best for this group, I think it might be interesting to try a guest speaker to present, say, a half hour topic of interest to SMs. As much as I like the Open Space format, I view them as more of an opportunity to network than to actually learn something.

Guys, having a meetup at 10:00am presents a challenge. It is a busy time for a lot of folks I assume. My suggestion, if you'd like to attract folks from outside of Nokia/Cars, move the event to after hours, or at least closer to the end of business day. Lets say 5pm.
Or the other option, make it during lunch time hours, lets say 11:30 to 1:00. Something like that. You will get much better turn out from the outside. Regards

I understand your concern, Alex. The current time was set as a result of feedback we received at the previous session. (Many folks were arriving from far away places and wanted to return back home in a reasonable hour.) That being said, we're nothing if not Agile about this, so we'll inspect and adapt as we progress. Right now, we have reached full capacity at 25 attendees, which is encouraging. We'll poll our attendees at the end of the session on Wednesday to determine when (and where) the next session will be held, as well. Short answer: we will not be able to accommodate everyone all of the time - but know that times will change periodically so your preference will definitely be satisfied, as well.
