For the May meeting we are going to be doing a more deep dive into one or two topic areas from first three meetings. This will be a working session with the following objectives (Paraphrasing from Principle #9):

USER STORY:
As a Scrum Master community we will help to create actionable change that can be directly applied to Scrum Masters, our teams and our organizations.

Leading up to the Meet-up and on May 8th - Acceptance Criteria:

  • Actively discuss the scrum topic chosen for the meeting
  • Listen more than speak, and help to make sure everyone has an opportunity to participate
  • Agree what we, as Scrum Masters, will do over the next few sprints to improve our team / organization

After the meeting over the next 8 weeks - Acceptance Criteria:

  • Introduce this change into our organization, either in practice or through the proper change channels
  • Track and report the results the change has had on your organization with this SM COP
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to your fellow SM COP members as they attempt to make these changes
  • Inspect and Adapt

If you have specific topic areas that you want to add to the list of potential topics, please discuss here, or the meeting organizers by Friday May 3rd to have your topics added to the list.

Discussions are welcome....please share your thoughts.
