MA judges & magistrates should be voted on by the people after a designated term of office. It's called “re-certification”. Regarding the magistrate in this case, it was only a matter of time. Nathan A. Byrnes does not follow the law, nor is he diligent with regard to rules and process, especially when he is distracted.
