Franco, 49, says the “big distinction” between him and Case is that Case is attempting to climb in the party’s political apparatus, while he is more focused on the grassroots.
“Mike Case serves masters in the state Republican party,” Franco said. “He is connected at the hip with (U.S. Sen.) Scott Brown.
He is seeking title and privilege wherever he can.” Franco says he is more oriented to serving people and has supported and helped elect many Republicans in Hampden County.
