Meeting Outline

1. Where and what you should invest in the residential real estate markets that show the greatest potential for profit. The Sub Prime mortgage debacle, the US economy and how it affects us here in Canada (by Richard Morrison, Investment Real Estate Agent).

Richard Morrison has an in-depth knowledge of the cities surrounding the Lower Mainland and some parts of the Fraser Valley and an understanding the economic fundamentals that affect these real estate markets.

2. How to buy low with little or no money down, rehab, and sell high to generate cash (by Justin Lee, real estate investor, specializing flipping houses)

Justin Lee has been doing real estate investments full time for the last 6 years. He specializes in flipping properties. Sixty per cent of his time is devoted to buying, fixing and selling. He has done many types of deals before, from assignments, double close, wholesale, lease option, foreclosure, tax sale, sub division, to buy and hold.

3. Five strategies to build $1 million assets through real estate investment for different levels of investors (by Eva Ye, CGA, real estate investor).

Eva Ye started from Zero and was able to quit her job in 2005. Now she is a full-time real estate investor. She has done all kinds of no money down deals in Vancouver, Abbotsford, Mission,
Delta, Langley, Prince George, etc. She has also done a lot of deals using lease option strategies in lower Mainland and Fraser Valley area. She has her unique ways to structure positive cash
flow offers by combining tax saving strategies. Eva specializes at looking for good deals, negotiating no money down deals, managing and operating funds and building wealth.

4. How to recover 100% of your 2008 income tax (by Jayn Steele, Investment Specialist, Division Head - BC, Fight Aids Save Taxes)

Jayn Steele specializes in 'Low risk, High Return' Investments including opportunities in the Life Settlement industry, Joint Venture Real Estate and tax savings structures. She will show you how you can recover 100% of your 2008 income tax and apply that money to safe and high yield investments.

5. How to achieve your real estate investment goals (by Peter Kinch, senior mortgage consultant).

Peter Kinch regularly provides educational seminars, workshops, and presentations to thousands of real estate investors across the country. His seminar is well received.
