We practice Chakra Balancing and Strengthening Meditations based on breath, sound and visualization.
We practice Observing our thoughts, Observing our breath.
We tune in to our core fears and release them by re-programming our old belief patterns which might not be serving our highest good.
Manifestation Meditations, Self Body Scan, Breathwork, Meditating on the senses, Ocean of Abundance are few more we cover in the class.
Depending on the class energies we start going deeper, sometimes into Mantra chants and Mandala Meditations.
