Living With Agility

Living with Agility, identifying pitfalls and solutions. After the initial euphoria of a new agile approach subsides and the everyday work routines begin to return what are the common pitfalls and potential solutions? Steve will supply some of his own observations and lead an open discussion around the common pitfalls and ways to correct or even avoid them. About Our Speaker Steve Fastabend's first career included twenty years with a fortune 100 company that included both engineering and software engineering positions along with several years on the national operations staff of a 1 billion line of business. Nice and engaging discussions, good company. Would like to do it more often. A great way to learn from other's experiences and insights.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
