 Joel Krooswyk is a Technical Account Manager with Rally Software.  His experience includes over 16 years of project leadership, product management, and quality assurance for software development organizations in the telecommunications, networking, and enterprise software solutions industries.  Joel's passion is focused on thinking creatively to guide product evolution and solve real life problems, particularly in Agile environments.
