Great topic, great speaker. I came away with a list of ideas and a whole new perspective on how to plan, oraganize, and execute sprint reviews. We have been performing sprint reviews essentially with the development team and PO. I expect some resistance on adding more heads to the reviews, because we are service organization that operates on billable hours. I think inviting members of upper-management will change the whole nature of the meeting and really drive the team to focus on the 'theme' of the sprint and delivering functionality.

Great session Bob! You are an engaging speaker and loved the benfit of your experience. I took a lot away from tonight and will definitely chat with the teams about how we might formalize and be more deliberate and thoughtful about our Reviews!
One comment I wanted to leave you is related to your Success or Failure points.
You've inspired a blog post :) - http://bit.ly/SNRJhx

IMPORTANT: Do your best to arrive before 5:45pm. The US Bank Building becomes significantly more locked down at 6pm. Details Below.
The only two entrances to the US Bank Building that are open after 6pm are 1) Cass Street (accessed through the Michigan St. Level) and 2) through the US Bank parking structure (unlocked until 7pm). The elevators will lock at 6pm and will need an employee badge to get to the Galleria floor (where the Vandenberg Room is located).

I'm very much looking forward to this talk and meeting Milwaukee Agilists. Looks like a great turnout!
I'm part of the leadership team for our local Raleigh agile group. You've given me the inspiration to try "pizza and beer" to supplement our collaboration ;-)
See everyone next week...
