Tell us a little about your experience with agile practices?

Attempting to apply agile practices to infrastructure projects in the network domain. Mostly at this point, it amounts to breaking apart larger efforts into smaller deliverables and managing/schedules those to meet the needs of large applications efforts using agile processes.

Over the past 30 years, I have worked on everything from assembler runtime libraries and DBMS interfaces for programming languages, to leading Unix team and later managing the Network team, and implementing many generations of Cisco/Juniper networks.
