Identifying Right Agile Behavior

There are many agile behaviors, or practices, that claim to promote agility. It can be difficult to determine if a practice is agile enough for a given team or project. Different methodologies can even espouse conflicting behaviors. Some agile practitioners promote 30 day sprints, while others insist on short two or even one week iterations. Are there right answers to these kinds of questions? How can someone go about discovering the correct answer for their team? This presentation will help you gain the skills to determine right answers when faced with the many difficulties that arise while implementing agile.

Cobbie Behrend is a Partner at Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS). He has been practicing agile since 2000, when he was introduced to XP by a few savvy and smart smalltalkers, who took him under their wing and raised him to become a decent OO programmer and pragmatic business consultant.
