Good Harvest Drum Lesson

These lessons go from 6:00 to 6:45 P.M. and they are geared toward beginner and intermediate students.  We work on a rhythm with djembe parts and some of the rhythms also have dundun parts.  Notation is handed out so students can practice at home.  These lessons are also a good time to learn or brush up on basic djembe technique.

The cost of the lesson is $7 per person (and it would be greatly appreciated if the exact amount is paid in cash!).  If you plan to attend, PLEASE R.S.V.P. so I know how many students I will have.  Also, if you have your own drum, please bring it, but let me know in your R.S.V.P. if you will be needing a drum to be supplied for you (no extra charge).

NOTE: although the drum lesson will be followed by a women's drum circle, the drum lesson is certainly open to everyone!

Also, we will be starting at 6:00 sharp, so PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY if you attend.

Hi! I was interested in learning the basics of drums. I don't have any drums to bring, so I would be in need of a loaner. I also don't want to buy anything without any recommendations.

Thanks so much and have a great rest of the weekend!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
