How familiar are you with drumming (starting, advancing, pretty good)?

I am a competent and enthusiastic drummer.

Do you have a drum to play that works well for you?

Lots of drums: Arabic Tabla, North African Tar, South American Bombo, Irish Bodhran, Bongos, Bones

What type of drumming do you like to do? (Djembe, traditional African, Native American, shamanic, bonfire, Middle Eastern, etc.)?

Middle Eastern, Celtic, International Folk Dance rhythms.

Have you ever taken drum lessons & are you interested in lessons and workshops?

Many, many lessons.

Have you ever attended a kirtan event, and if so, how did you become interested in kirtan?

No answer yet

Ahoy, ye drummers. I sail; I dance; I drum. I've been playing Arabic Tabla (dumbek) for over 30 years. For several years I played percussion with Ethnictricity Folk Dance Ensemble. Currently, I play Irish bodhran with band Bantry Bay.
