Tax Time!

Most people believe that their home will be their biggest investment in their lifetime. However, you know from being a part of the Milwaukee Wealth Builder
that your home is a liability not an investment.

What you also know is taxes are your biggest overall expense, thus being that time of the year we will tackle this head on with our next meeting.

February 6th staring at 7:00pm (registration starts at6:15).

Location: Best Western - Midway

1005 S Moorland Rd

Brookfield, WI 53005.

We will have Jon Neal from The Neal Group LLC (  join us to discuss the difference between a W-2 employee to Real Estate to Business Owners.

How much do you want to pay the government?

If it a lot....stay home!

If you would like to keep more of your own money....see you there!

Milwaukee Wealth Builders Meet Up:

We meet the 1st Thursday of the month (except Jan 2014 and July 2014).

Milwaukee Wealth Builders is a membership
only group ($69 or 99 yearly), however we invite anyone and everyone to visit us one time as a non-member to check us out ($20 door charge).

The membership covers the cost to run the
group as the principles involved in the MWB are volunteer only and are not compensated for their time.

There is a $10 door charge for all $99  memberships and $20 for all $69.00 memberships to cover the cost of the
room and food/beverage that is provided.

If you are coming for the food, we are the wrong group for you!

Taxes are one of the BIGGEST expenses we pay, and the more you pay, the less you have to create wealth. U.S. Court of Appeals Court Judge Learned Hand said this about taxes "Anyone may arrange his affairs so that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which best pays the treasury. There is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes. Over and over again the Courts have said that there is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible. Everyone does it, rich and poor alike and all do right, for nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands."

Taxes will consume the largest portion of our lifetime income. Add it up! Federal and State income taxes, FICA taxes, local sales taxes, property tax, a tax on every gallon of gasoline you put into your vehicle, new taxes related to Obamacare, excise taxes on your phone bill, just to mention a few of the more obvious ones. Your Milwaukee Wealth Builder group is presenting this opportunity for members and guests to learn how to keep more of their money. One new idea could save more money than the cost of being a member. Hope to see you on February 6th.
